There will also be a range of Christmas activities between 11am - 5pm, including ice skating, the snowball globe, a foam pit, live music and entertainment, free face painting by Rainbow Circus and caricatures

About the event
We are celebrating Christmas with four free whānau-friendly events, in four different parts of the city this year!
Santa is coming to Waitangi Park, and he’s bringing festive cheer! Santa will arrive in his special sleigh on 13 December and do a walk-around Waitangi Park between 11am and 11.30am to greet the crowd. Meet Santa in his grotto between 11.30am and 5 pm, take a photo, and a selfie on his sleigh!
There will also be a range of Christmas activities between 11am - 5pm, including ice skating, the snowball globe, a foam pit, live music and entertainment, free face painting by Rainbow Circus and caricatures. Plus a variety of food trucks will also be on site.
To wrap up Christmas in the Quarters be sure to stick around for Christmas carols with Nick Tansley & Friends at 5-7pm for a night of sing-alongs
